Half Fallen Beyond the Azure Sky

Pangu opened the heavens and earth from primordial chaos, giving his body to the world. Nüxi created humanity and brought peace to the people. In the early days of Bailuzhou, wars raged and warlords carved out territories of their own. Legend has it that, as Nüxi was dying, she transformed her bones and blood into the Seven-Ten Returning Crystal Jade, using it to keep the four regions in check… More than fifteen thousand years later, a fixed order had taken shape across Bailuzhou, with the Zhao Kingdom at its center and the four great kingdoms ruling the surrounding lands. A single Rongxiao Golden Mirror stirs up the mystery behind Nüxi’s death, while hidden forces lurking amid the waves of the Eastern Wastelands begin to stir. A journey made under an assumed name sets off undercurrents across all of Bailuzhou, tugs at the heartstrings of five people, quietly awakens a love from a past life, and gently traces the stirrings of love in this one.

“If your hearts already belong to each other, why make me fall for you in vain?”

“Yinyin, with white tea and simple joys, I have nothing else to do but wait for the wind…” And wait for you. Love is an empty word, meant for only one person. The cool breeze crosses three mountains and travels three miles, with spring winds at every step, but you are gone. Years pass, and the lovely days and scenery have no one to share them with.
