The Unrivaled Tang Sect: Breaking Free from the Cocoon

(A comic adaptation of The Unrivaled Tang Sect + metamorphosis)

Butterflies and moths both undergo complete metamorphosis. Put simply, the current self wraps itself in a cocoon, then melts away inside it, and its pieces assemble into a new self.

Even more simply, the body of the young self contains pieces of the adult self. Then the young self melts away, and those pieces assemble into the adult self. The original self becomes the nourishment for the metamorphosis!

But... is that still the same self?

It's like a wooden ship.

It is damaged as it sails, and its planks are replaced one by one. When every plank is new... is it still the same ship?

Caught in a spider's web, butterflies and moths cannot escape!

Metamorphosis means losing yourself!

Is Huo Yuhao still the Huo Yuhao he once was? There is no way to know.

A torrential rain poured down at dawn. A bolt of lightning flashed, and Huo Yuhao, who should have vanished completely, clung to life thanks to a fragment.

After a long period of growth, that fragment took the shape of another person, allowing Huo Yuhao to be reborn.

Familiar scenes flashed before Huo Yuhao's eyes, but this time, Huo Yuhao was no longer Huo Yuhao!

Rather than undergo the ridiculous transformation of metamorphosis, Huo Yuhao wants a Wang Dong of his own, not Tang Wutong.

Huo Yuhao gained a new body, and at the age of six, awakened the Spider Poison Bee, a Martial Soul that counters Tang San's.

At last, a long-planned revenge begins...
