The Sword of Dugu Murong

An original, medium-length traditional wuxia story.

A double surname, Dugu; a given name, Murong. With a jade-like face and white robes, he walks amid the clouds. His three-foot sword remains sheathed, yet the whole martial world already fears its edge. As the saying goes: This sword is no mortal weapon; surely an immortal sent it down from the heavens.

Who knows who wrote that poem, and what has it got to do with me?

The martial world has been shrouded by a powerful force known as the Qianyi Society, bringing a peace it has not known for a long time. Yet beneath the calm surface, undercurrents have long been stirring. With the poem’s return and the debut of one or perhaps two new faces, desires come one after another, and bloodshed across the martial world becomes inevitable.
