Looking for Books Suitable for Students in the Second and Third Grade of Junior High Schoolᶻz ₍^_ ̫ _^₎
Now that I'm in my second year of junior high school, I'll look for some academic or literature books, which cover all subjects, preferably ones that junior high school students can understand.

This book is very similar to "The Way of Learning", but this book focuses more on using experiments to draw conclusions, while "The Way of Learning" gives conclusions and illustrates with examples. It can be said that the two books are inseparable from each other in terms of how to learn. They can be read interspersed, and the two narratives from two perspectives can see a similar result. After reading this book, combined with the learning methods I read earlier and my own practice, I have a set of prototype learning templates specially constructed from the perspective of learning methods. Although it is not yet a multi-disciplinary system, and the specific details need to be sorted out and practiced, judging from the results of these days of practice, it has indeed improved my learning efficiency a lot. Regarding books on how to learn, my point of view is that after reading "Minimalist Learning Method", "How to Memorize Efficiently", "The Way of Learning", and "How to Learn", there is no need to read any more. The rest are pretty much the same, each with its own emphasis. A brief summary is that if the various learning methods and techniques that are clichéd and emphasized by teachers are implemented in the long term, your grades will not be bad. Creating your own exclusive learning methods is actually an advanced course. When there is an ongoing and effective learning method, it will be better to create an exclusive learning method based on learning theory and your own practice feedback to improve efficiency. But if you have never implemented any learning method, and study casually every day with a hammer and a stick (genius will not be discussed here), and then hope that you can design a learning method for yourself to reshape yourself by looking at some theories, this is very... Cute. The awareness of the importance of learning, the eager desire for self-growth, and extraordinary self-discipline are not given by parents and teachers. People, if they are not pushed into a corner by their own desires, they will still seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. Self-discipline and success learning are both derived from marketing. Real self-discipline and explosive growth come from a certain moment when you realize that you have no retreat and have embarked on a dead end road from which you cannot turn back or exit. Everyone is like this, or it may just be like this for ordinary working-class families - family education cannot give good guidance, and parents do not have authority and credibility in the children's minds. Then, children who come out like this must spend a lot of time confused, escaping, and covering their ears until one day they realize that they have reached a desperate situation, then they jump over the wall and are willing to lower their heads and put on the tight hoops to become a walker. Closer to home, neither the popular learning methods nor the exclusive learning templates are immutable or static. Just as learning is a lifelong thing, so is the use of learning methods. You should adopt different learning strategies according to your age, situation, learning purposes, and learning materials to achieve excellent learning results.
This book provides many scientific and effective learning methods, which will benefit people a lot. I especially like the content about the impact of memory and environment on learning. For example, the book mentioned that taking timely breaks and changing the learning environment can improve learning results, which inspired me very much. Moreover, the test questions in the book are also very interesting, which can make people understand these learning methods more deeply. In short, this is a very practical book, recommended to everyone!
I'm currently trying the method in the book, it's very effective and I recommend it.
Very well written and very inspiring to me
