The Wishes of You Otherworlders Are So Weird!

[Quick transmigration through different worlds | Fake System | 1v1] [The side couple is BL, so proceed with caution if that's not your thing]

After an accident leaves Hu Zhizhi in a vegetative state, she awakens in a dream amid a field of flowers, where a butterfly flutters toward her.

The butterfly speaks: “I'm your butterfly.”

The butterfly, Zhuang Xu, tells Hu Zhizhi that she can only wake from her vegetative state by becoming a ferryman and fulfilling eighty-one wishes for residents of other worlds.

Hu Zhizhi starts drawing cards!

Universe No. 039: I want to go to the beach and grab some fries.

Universe No. 101: I don't want to be a prophet anymore.

Universe No. 057: I want to become a big star.

…

But once Hu Zhizhi begins her missions, she discovers that what the wish-makers want is never quite what their wishes say.

The person they wish to stay away from is their secret crush; they want to become a big star so they can solve a case…

Why are you residents of other worlds so weird about your wishes?

[The heroine gets most of the spotlight, while the hero plays a supporting role. As she helps people fulfill their wishes, the stories of the main characters in their original worlds are woven in. Later on, there is a little bit of the heroine chasing the hero, and the hero pursuing her after losing her.]
