The book "History of Eastern Xia" is based on previous research, combined with recent research results and archaeological data, and elaborates on the political, military, economic, cultural, diplomatic, ethnic and other aspects of the Eastern Xia regime in the northeastern region at the end of the Jin Dynasty and the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty through rigorous analysis and argumentation. It interprets the background, development process, social form, cultural inheritance, and influence of the times of the Eastern Xia regime. This paper examines controversial issues such as the establishment time of the Eastern Xia regime, the period of its existence, the reign name used, and its relationship with Mongolia and surrounding regimes. It also puts forward its own opinions and conducts a more comprehensive study of the Eastern Xia regime from multiple levels.

This book is so rich in content! It covers all aspects of the Dongxia regime and provides unique insights into some controversial issues. And the authors are so awesome. Bing Zheng and Liu Xinjun are both experts in the industry, and their research results must be very valuable. I especially like the part about Eastern Xia culture in the book. I feel like I can learn a lot of interesting history. However, this book may be a bit profound for a single girl like me, but I still recommend it to friends who are interested in history!
