This book takes Marx and Engels's scientific conception of future society as a reference, and on the basis of scientifically defining the special historical stage of China's real socialism, it further clarifies the necessity of vigorously promoting the construction of the rule of law in contemporary China. And Yevgeny? Based on an in-depth analysis of Pashukanis's Marxist legal thought, combined with the experience and lessons of the Soviet model and China's reality, he tentatively put forward the basic ideas for promoting the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics from three aspects: the socialist market economy is the economic foundation of the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, respecting and protecting human rights is the value orientation of the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and the positive interaction between public law and private law is the operating mechanism of the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.

Wow, this book looks so profound! Although I am still young and may not fully understand the content in the book, I think it is very meaningful. It made me understand the importance of rule of law construction, and also mentioned China's efforts and achievements in this regard. However, I don't really like the difficult vocabulary and concepts in the book. I hope the author can give more examples to make the content easier to understand. I believe that as I grow older, I will learn more from this book.
