Sometimes his hairstyle is reminiscent of the character Fotroy in a French novel; sometimes, it's like an early Beatle or a fifteenth-century monk; however, now sitting in the restaurant, holding a drink in one hand and sunglasses in the other, the fifty-five-year-old Knight's long, curly, reddish-blonde hair and close-cropped beard make him look very much like a successful and slightly mature rock and roll singer.
