His and Her Moonlight

The story follows the leads from their first meeting in middle school to falling in love at university. Five years before the heroine's death, the hero unexpectedly left. Five years later, the heroine met Li Qinqin, a novelist, and turned the couple's story into a novel. It became Li Qinqin's most popular book. Five years later, the leads met at an amusement park. The heroine realized that the hero wasn't dead, but had lost his memory. After he regained his memories, he set off to find her, but on her birthday, the heroine died in her hospital room. There she left behind a diary and several letters. The diary recorded the novel's final ending. With the heroine's help, Li Qinqin later married Jiang Qi, but the heroine never lived to see the two of them together or discover how wonderful the story she left behind would become. In the end, the hero died by suicide out of love. The diary ended with three lines: “I always thought 12 was our lucky number, but I never imagined it would mark the start of our tragedy.” “You saved me from the abyss and became my only salvation, yet you pushed me over another cliff. When you think of me again someday, I will already be gone.” “I hope you can be happy forever.”
