The Corrupted Honmaru's Workplace Survival Challenge

After repeatedly hitting dead ends in her job hunt during graduation season, Lou Qiqing was at her wit's end when she met Konnosuke.

“Just sign up to become a Saniwa. Room and board are covered, and you'll get benefits and a pension plan.”

She took over a secondhand Honmaru where every sword had fallen to corruption. Facing the swords' deep hatred for her, she calmly pulled out an employment contract.

“Under Article 37 of the Time Government Labor Code, any unilateral harm inflicted on a Saniwa will result in a deduction from your performance pay. Serious offenses will lead to termination of your employment contract.”

Tsurumaru Kuninaga stopped the tip of his blade a millimeter from her throat. “That kind of threat from you is hardly surprising.”

Until one day, she accidentally broke the seal on the Honmaru's core

The Seven Star Sword awakened in her hands. “Master, have we met somewhere before?”
