When Zhou Xun woke up, there was a sentence written on the ceiling:
"Your name is Zhou Xun."
His memory was stuck on three years ago, but in reality he already had a wife, a daughter, and a completely unfamiliar life.
What's even weirder is that he found that he had two anomalies - death would make him return to the moment he woke up that day and retain everything he experienced that day; falling asleep would make him forget today.
As a result, death became his means of trial and error and finding out the truth, while sleep became the end point from which he truly could not turn back.
In order to survive until the next day, Zhou Xun in the past left himself notes, records and a complex information system. In addition to these external evidences, some unsourced but extremely certain cognitions occasionally appeared in his mind.
Lin Xia is the wife.
Zhou Nian is the daughter.
Some things he knew were true without even needing proof.

If even those things he "knows without proof" could be wrong, what else could he believe?

So the setting is death rewind + sleep amnesia + cross-day information + memory pollution.
Death rollback is not a commonly used trick in novels. You will know why later, but it is still used when it needs to be used.
It is certainly not a particularly light-hearted novel, with many settings, foreshadowings, and information.
