I am an immortal.
I am an immortal foxtail grass.
I am a weak and insignificant immortal foxtail grass.
I am a weak and insignificant immortal foxtail grass who happens to possess Heaven’s greatest secret and has been struggling to keep it hidden.
In short, I’m an immortal with a rather hard life.
What? You must be wondering how even foxtail grass can become immortal.
Hmph! Why shouldn’t foxtail grass be able to become immortal?
The heroine lost her heart while descending to the mortal realm to help the Emperor Lord undergo his tribulation. A divine artifact inside her suppresses her body’s memories, so she sees men’s faces in reverse: the more handsome they are, the uglier they look to her, while ugly men appear breathtakingly beautiful. Later, when she uncovers her true identity, the divine artifact is removed from her body, and her vision returns to normal.
This novel tells the story of a naive immortal foxtail grass who eventually regains her identity as the Lotus Immortal. As events unfold between her and two Emperor Lords, the truth of her origins is gradually revealed.
The early chapters are a little silly, but things get heartbreaking once her identity is revealed.
