Everyone knows that Shen Yan, the cold-faced prince with paralyzed legs, is violent, volatile, and obsessively ruthless. Even the emperor has to give him a wide berth.
After Xu Yingnuo arrives in this world,
the plot says, "Conquer the prince and change your fate."
Xu Yingnuo says, "What? Cling to his coattails and coast through life?"
Then strange celestial phenomena throw time and space into chaos, and Xu Yingnuo is forced back to her original world. Still devoted to the prince, she memorizes the original novel's plot and rushes straight to a rift in time and space, hoping to return, change the plot, and save Shen Yan.
But the combined effects of the plot and the rift in time and space cause Xu Yingnuo to lose some of her memories.
When she appears before Shen Yan again, she has an alluring courtesan tucked under each arm. She beckons to Shen Yan with a charming smile and says, "Young Master, you're quite handsome. Have we met before?"
