The Ring of Fate, a mysterious presence in this world.

Those chosen by it become players.

Players receive a nickname and a profession.

Those with special nicknames gain an exclusive skill every ten levels.

First- and second-grade professions have two attributes.

Special Nicknames:

Foodie: Born with a love of food and a unique insight into cuisine.

Heartless: Someone utterly disappointed in humanity, whose wish is to rid the world of human trash.

Divine Disciple: Blessed by a legendary being who has vanished.

Monarch: Someone favored by fate. Only eight have been clearly recorded in human history. Each represents the dawn of a new age and the demise of the old one.

Professions:

Martial Artist: A strength-based profession. It is ancient, and was the most popular profession before the Department of Dawn was established.

Celestial Arcanist: A first-grade profession with the dual attributes of intellect and omniscience. They can foresee the future and understand all things.

Programmer: A number-based profession. It is very new and may seem to have little offensive power, but they are responsible for most of Beidu's artificial intelligence.
