After watching it for a while, I felt I gained a lot. But if you want to read, physical books are better.
A very good book.
This book is so rich in content! It introduces in detail the life of people in the Ming Dynasty, from clothing and food to living and traveling, as well as various festivals and entertainment activities, which gave me a more comprehensive understanding of the social life of the Ming Dynasty. Moreover, the author has very specific descriptions of the life of different social classes. It feels like traveling back to the Ming Dynasty and seeing the real life of people at that time. I highly recommend friends who are interested in the history of the Ming Dynasty to read this book.
