Gathering in the Human World

In the Age of Declining Dharma, the Black Lotus is unsealed, and a great calamity threatens the Three Realms. The Jade Emperor sends his nine sons and nine daughters into the mortal world, where they become a group of seemingly ordinary people with extraordinary souls. Through a special stroke of fate, they meet and awaken the memories of their past lives. They learn that they have come to the human world in this life to endure different tribulations and complete their assigned lessons. Together, they must fulfill their shared mission in this Age of Declining Dharma: protect the Three Realms and all living beings, and unlock the Book of Creation. Each of them has a complicated origin, and every return requires a soul guide.
