Xia Ming is a commoner of the Blue Tribe from the Land of Light. He makes the same mistake as Belial and Zero: touching the Plasma Spark Tower!
As a result, he is expelled from the Land of Light and becomes a wanderer in the universe. Though he knows someone set him up, there’s nothing he can do about it! He doesn’t dare go to Earth, since the blue planet is a second home to many Ultraman warriors. They would never let someone like him set foot there!
Eventually, he drifts to a remote planet called Asoru! It’s a blue planet remarkably similar to Earth. Its people once created a brilliant civilization, but now Asoru has become a monster’s paradise! The Asoruans are trapped inside Zixing City, their last stronghold!
Xia Ming successfully settles into Zixing City. He thinks his life has finally become stable, unaware that the eyes of a conspiracy have turned toward him once again...
