Zhou Ming, a young city dweller, stumbles into a Western fantasy world filled with mechanical technology, swords, and magic. By a twist of fate, he devours a strange fruit, becomes the embodiment of fire, and unexpectedly earns the "favor" of a magical girl.
"You've never seen magic, so what was that fire around you just now? Don't tell me you were trying to set yourself on fire?"
"If I said I was cold and just wanted to warm up, would you believe me?"
