[Two Male Leads] [Youth] [School] [Lighthearted] [Entertainment] [Short Story] [To Be Continued]
Autumn winds brush the leaves to the ground,
Across a thousand mountains, searching for a letter.
A hilarious, “passionate” school story about two high school boys, Zhao Pingxin (Xie Zheng) and the “little foreigner” Zheng Pianye (Ye Zhou). The first two volumes are named after the former, and the volumes after that are named after the latter. The main selling point is comedy.
Class monitor: They’re letting the pipes down outside. What does that have to do with you?
y: Everything! How could it not? Everything is connected.
“Handsome” guy: I’ve realized you’re all so talented, especially when it comes to acting.
“Handsome” guy: Your eyes are practically squeezed shut, your backs are bent like crazy, and you look just like little shrimp, sitting there in meditation. Sometimes you even sit bolt upright and snore!
Old Li: I could understand if a girl carried some brown sugar in her bag, but why would a grown man like you carry brown sugar?
y: For my health!
x: School rules say you can’t run.
y: I’m a maggot!
x: ? Haha.
y: What are you laughing at! I meant “hurry”! That means walking quickly in little steps!
x: Chinese culture is vast and profound. It’s not your fault, but I’m going to laugh for a while.
The story follows a group of high school students. Comedy is the main attraction, and it includes hilarious jokes from my own high school days.
As for the especially down-to-earth character names, I’m sure friends in their senior year of high school will recognize zpy (2py), zpx (2px), and “setting up a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system.” That’s how this work came about.
So pretty!! Can the author make a side story about the young couple getting together?!
