Lost in the Mist

Jiang Yu never imagined he would see Qiao Yiwu at No. 1 High School again after all these years. Even less did he expect his cool, rebellious persona at school to crack again and again.

He remembered her as a little girl who cried at the drop of a hat. He never expected that, grown up, she'd be the sort to go wild when something happened, deal with it in a straightforward way, have the strength of an ox, and eat and drink to her heart's content.

“Deskmate, let's go home together.”

“I'll enjoy my own company, thanks.”

“Deskmate, I know a great place to eat.”

Qiao Yiwu's eyes immediately lit up. “Send me the address.”

Maybe he got so caught up in hearing her call him “deskmate” again and again, but one day Qiao Yiwu cornered Jiang Yu against a wall.

“Jiang Yu, I like you.”

Jiang Yu smiled. “I like you even more.”

Love never ends, and the spring breeze never stops.
