Brother Shuyan, Are You Secretly in Love with Me?

Qin Sixue, a returning lecturer in the fine arts department, was a legend at T University. The sprawling campus was full of talent, yet Qin Sixue still sat at the top of the beauty rankings. Everyone knew that Teacher Qin had married young, and they couldn’t help wondering what kind of man had won her heart. Qin Sixue smiled brightly. “He’s nothing special. He has plenty of money and doesn’t cause much trouble!” T University students: “Spread the word: Teacher Qin’s marriage is a contract. They’re just using each other.” While guiding her students’ paintings in class, Qin Sixue said, “The classroom may confine your bodies, but your imagination and soul are free.” T University students: “Spread the word: Teacher Qin longs to be free. Divorce is imminent.” During a life-drawing class, Qin Sixue studied her students’ work. “As expected, young bodies can inspire endless creativity.” T University students: “Spread the word: Teacher Qin’s husband is old and past his prime. She likes young bodies.” Then a stern face usually seen only in financial magazines appeared on the T University campus. Students rushed over to get a look. Looking at the beautiful artificial lake, the principal ingratiatingly urged him, “President Cheng, thank you for your donation. Why don’t you say a few words to the students?” Cheng Shuyan stepped forward with a cold expression, took the microphone, and said something that seemed to come out of nowhere. “I have no complaints about T University, but I’m very unhappy with Teacher Qin. Mrs. Cheng, I hear I have plenty of money and don’t cause much trouble, and that I’m old and past my prime. Is divorce imminent?” The students erupted. With a pout like a wronged little puppy, Qin Sixue was led away by Cheng Shuyan, unable even to lift her head. In a small voice, she said, “Brother Shuyan, I was wrong. Why don’t you punish me?” Cheng Shuyan lowered his eyes with a hidden smile. “Fine. You’ll pay for your sins in snow.”
