Avatar + Bandit Gang + Star Wars + Mecha

The civilizations of the universe are ranked from Level One to Level Nine. An elder of the primordial star system, part of a Level Eight civilization, deciphers a prophecy of civilization's destruction and decides to preserve the balance of the universe. The star system where the protagonist lives is a lower civilization of the Fourth Level. Due to radiation, Dista contracts Red Blood Disease. Unable to absorb the energy of stars, he becomes an outcast in his tribe and is abandoned by his people. His mother cannot bear to see the sick, elderly, and children of the tribe driven out, so she chooses to flee with them. Fortunately, Dista has extraordinary talent and a gift for magic. Can our protagonist earn the sages' guidance, save the world from chaos, and ultimately restore the balance of the universe?
