Mr. Yu Gets His Heart’s Desire

[Unrequited love + healing + the second male lead chases his love, but she doesn’t look back]

The year Xia Yuanyuan returned to the Xia family, the insecure, anxious girl was shielded by a young boy who gently told her, “Don’t be afraid. I’m your fiancé, and I’ll protect you from now on.”

From then on, she willingly followed him for ten years, doing everything she could to please him and treating herself as his appendage.

But childhood sweethearts were no match for the girl who arrived later. She watched helplessly as that radiant, fiery girl claimed his heart, and saw them kiss passionately, their eyes filled with love.

Heartbroken, she bought alcohol for the first time and sat by the roadside drinking herself into a stupor. Then a car accident left her with no memory of him.

When Xia Yuanyuan returned to school, a rebellious boy pinned her against the wall. His manner was languid and self-assured, and there was a teasing glint in his eyes as he spoke.

“Xia Yuanyuan, you chased me for all those years. Dumping me wasn’t enough? You even forgot who I am.”

Hearing his outdated slang, the amnesiac Xia Yuanyuan thought, “Was my taste really that weird back then...?”

Yu Qiaoqian, who had been plotting this for a long time: “My chance has come.”
