Scavenging*

This book "Scavengers" shows the dark side of society and the complexity of human nature in a suspenseful way. The serial murders in the story reminded me of Keigo Higashino's "White Night Journey", which also reveals the ugliness of human nature. Moreover, the portrayal of the scavengers in the book is very vivid, which made me feel their helplessness and tenacity. I think this book is not only a crime novel, but also a reflection on social reality.
