This is the story of two transmigrators who ended up in the Primordial World by chance. There is no blood-pumping tale of defying the heavens, only helplessness in the face of fate. No System, no golden finger, only the daily practice of breathing techniques, cultivation, honoring the Heavenly Dao, and revering Hongjun. Neither good nor evil.

Life is full of helplessness and sorrow. Fate holds them tightly in its grip. This is the true picture of an ordinary mortal’s life.

Under the Mandate of Heaven, everything has already been decided. No matter how hard ants struggle beneath the trampling of the powerful, they are powerless to change anything. Changing fate is merely a drama staged by those above to toy with those below. Defying Heaven, it turns out, is just an empty phrase.

The protagonist will not become a Heavenly Dao Saint, nor will he beat Hongjun senseless or anything of the sort. If you don’t like that, don’t read it. You can argue all you want; you’ll win.)

(PS: The protagonist cannot fight opponents above his level, though some supporting characters can. This is not a power fantasy, and the protagonist is still human, not a soulless killing machine. Keep that in mind.)
