Their useless dad single-handedly created an unprecedented mess... Oh, well, he only owes a little money, just two million. No big deal... All right, let's gloss over that tiny two-million debt. That's right, just like that. The two main characters have just started high school. What new surroundings and challenges await them? As for whether they'll be able to pay off the two million, that depends on what they accomplish over the next three years... Okay, let's look on the bright side. At least they'll experience a new environment and meet new friends and teachers. Their future is still bright (the two million really doesn't matter). Will their three years of high school go smoothly? Will new opportunities and challenges await the brothers? We'll just have to wait and see. (Maybe their mom will bring home news of another two-million debt before long.)
Disclaimer: The author began this work as a way to document everyday life, recording much of their three years of middle school in a diary-like format. The protagonists are just two hapless classmates of the author, while the author themself plays an extra... Most of the characters are based on real people, and characters from various movies, TV shows, anime, and novels have also been brought in and reimagined by the author. The meandering introductions in the first few chapters are dull, so feel free to skip them.
