Vengeful spirits from the underworld began fleeing to the human world in droves, signing contracts with the show. They could create entertaining moments and eat people too, with great perks.
With so many spirits escaping all at once, Bai Yi, the founding master who governed the underworld, had no choice but to come out of seclusion and head to the human world.
To capture the ghosts and send them back to the underworld, Bai Yi joined the horror survival show and became one of its contestants.
Bai Yi had planned to focus on catching ghosts, but he grew more and more popular. Every episode brought him countless new fans, and the prize money made him rich!

Bai Yi: I just wanted to take responsibility and capture the ghosts who were killing people indiscriminately.
Vengeful spirits: Help! Why is the founding master a contestant now?!
Why is it gone? It ended so suddenly.
