What does life mean?
Why are people born?
What is self?
How can we live out ourselves?
These issues that are most fundamental to human beings are exactly what borderline personality disorder deals with.
Therefore, this book is committed to making readers form this understanding and encouraging readers to think about targeted countermeasures.
This book aims to provide inspiring and specific suggestions for patients suffering from borderline personality disorder or their family members, teachers, friends and other people around them. It can be said that this is a self-help manual for borderline personality disorder.

The book mentions "What does life mean? Why are people born?" This reminds me of a friend of mine who was once lost on the road to finding himself. The book provides him with inspiring advice to help him better cope with his emotions and relationships. I think this book is not only suitable for the patients themselves, but also for their family and friends.
Why can't I listen to this book but only read it?
For me, I didn't quite understand it after reading it. I felt that it was useless to just read the book. I had to do [sending my heart] to come out. Reading the book was just an auxiliary, a primary way to understand and heal.
