While studying abroad, Qin Lang discovers that the woman he loves has fallen for someone else. He rushes back home, only to learn that she is about to marry another man. Unable to accept reality, he spends his days getting drunk and never coming home, leaving his father, Master Qin, frantic with worry. After discussing it with his good friend, Master Su, they persuade Qin Lang to marry into the Su family.
