Back to 1998: From the Start, All I Had Was a Fish

[Reborn + 1990s + making money + cozy everyday life + regretful scumbag + devoted husband, one female lead]

This isn't a power fantasy; it leans more toward everyday life.

In his previous life, he listened to his worthless friends and neglected his wife and children. His wife died in an accident, and his father-in-law took the children away. He used the compensation money from his wife's death to settle down, then worked hard and became rich. But even when he was dying of old age, his two children still refused to acknowledge him as their father. He spent his life consumed by regret, and after he died, he donated all his wealth.

When he opened his eyes again, he was back in 1998, two months before his wife died. This time, he would protect his wife, cherish his children, and make a little money on the side.
