From the Start, I Threatened the System: Better to Be the Empress Dowager Than the Empress

[Palace intrigue] [Reborn for revenge] [Taking down scumbags] [Feel-good] [System] [Strong heroine] In her previous life, Liu Zijun was a dignified and gracious empress, blessed with the destiny of a phoenix. She diligently fulfilled her duties as empress, only to have it all ruined by Su Wan’er, a transmigrator with a System. It was only when her son died that she finally understood: what good is kindness? The only rule is that I may wrong the world, but the world must never wrong me. After being reborn, she finally casts aside her kindness and embraces the darkness. Somehow, Su Wan’er’s System ends up in her hands. This time, she will be a villain, and she will settle the score with everyone who ever harmed her. Not one of them will escape. No one will take what belongs to her and her son. She will become the future Empress Dowager of the Great Qi! [Content warning: The heroine is not kind. She’ll kill anyone and everyone, including the male lead. Her motto is to cut off all ties and renounce love.]
