Qiao Ruoyun had just graduated from college. She liked playing games similar to planet-building sims, and one day she received an invitation to help test a new game, along with a big gift pack! She agreed without a second thought.
Who knew that a few days after she got home, she'd come down with a fever and become bound to a bed-and-breakfast System? The System was pretty nice, too, and even told her the apocalypse was coming.
Qiao Ruoyun believed it. Now that she had a System, the apocalypse had to be real.
So she got busy preparing before the apocalypse, completing System missions and earning points to shop to her heart's content!
On the first day of the apocalypse, she rescued a man of unknown identity. Why was he still following her after he'd recovered!? Something was off!
Qiao Ruoyun discovered she could open bed-and-breakfasts in other places, too. Seeing a business opportunity, she rushed to get started!
Later, just when humanity had begun to despair of the apocalypse, people discovered that Qiao Family Bed-and-Breakfasts had sprung up everywhere. Each one was like a beautiful hidden paradise, and people found new hope for survival.
