Instant Teleportation in the Apocalypse

(No harem, no formulaic plot, no power fantasy, pure science fiction, with a silicon-based lifeform setting. Read with caution if this isn't your thing.)

What's the point of stockpiling supplies for the apocalypse if people will just steal them? Watch the protagonist gain a teleportation skill, only to discover he has to be naked to use it. Can this skill help him survive the apocalypse?

Midway through the story, the protagonist discovers that this world is a simulation game run by silicon-based lifeforms, and that he is just an NPC.

How can an NPC fight players without a golden finger?

The second volume explores how a utopia launches a full-scale counterattack against silicon-based civilization.
