[A quirky little demon meets a softhearted immortal] Bai Shao is a little rabbit who hasn’t mastered her training and still hasn’t managed to take human form. Her fellow disciples grow much more powerful after receiving an immortal’s elixir and transform into humans, making her terribly jealous. Immortals are hard to find, though. Where is she supposed to get that lucky?
By chance, she really does meet an immortal: the Fox Venerable. But instead of getting an elixir, she ends up taking him as her master.
It’s only after spending time close to her master during her training that she discovers a secret: he may be the key to unlocking her spiritual powers. All the more reason she can’t let him go!
