It records the great achievements and the selfless dedication made by the Yue family in Yuzhou who went to Xikou and outside Xikou to fight against the Japanese invaders and the Kuomintang reactionaries and to create a new China. It carried forward the traditional virtues of "benevolence, justice, etiquette, wisdom, trust" possessed by the people of Jinsui and the lofty revolutionary spirit of fighting wholeheartedly for the revolutionary cause to the end.
