Synopsis
Apocalypse + the uncanny + not a power fantasy + lighthearted comedy + plot-driven
The sun was struck twice by gamma-ray bursts and was rendered useless!
Zhang Feng was struck twice by gamma-ray bursts and became a god!
The gamma-ray bursts sapped the sun's energy, causing the yang energy on Blue Star to plummet and allowing creatures from the underworld to emerge!
On top of that, the energy crisis caused by the star's devastating damage plunged humanity into an unprecedented upheaval.
But Zhang Feng gained superpowers after being struck by the gamma-ray bursts.
This superpower, later named by scientists the Super-Polymerized Biological Reactor, can absorb any substance and convert it into energy. It can even beat up ghosts.
Good grief, one slap, one ghost. One slap, one ghost...
Ghost: So is this physical damage or magical damage?!
