[Urban Superpowers + Wild Imagination + Comedy + Mystery + Subverting Expectations]

What? The fairy Chang'e wants me to marry her?

No way, no way. She must be after my peerless medical skills and stunning good looks.

What? They'll arrest me if I don't marry Chang'e?

I just want to live a carefree life. If Heaven has no place for me, then I'll head down to the mortal world.

And so, the Supreme Mystic Medical Immortal fled to the lower realm with his divine needles, only to unexpectedly descend into the body of Lu Xiaoyi, a male nurse.

From then on, everything from gods and demons of the Three Realms to breathtaking beauties, superpowered experts, and all manner of strange happenings came looking for Lu Xiaoyi.

You'd better not mess with me. I'll stick you with a needle before you know it!
