A retired special forces soldier turned police academy cadet is in a car accident with his teammate Fu Wuji during a skills competition. They transmigrate into the bodies of Zhao Gou and Prince Xin, Zhao Zhen. At first, Zhao Gou acts rashly and accomplishes little, until a coup finally teaches him a hard lesson. He resolves to carry out sweeping reforms, train elite troops, and rely on fierce generals such as Yue Fei, Zong Ze, and Han Shizhong to reclaim lost territory and defeat the Jurchens, allowing Yue Fei to march straight to Huanglong and fulfill his long-held wish.
Zhao Zhen and Zhao Gou support each other as they face one challenge after another in the Song dynasty. Zhao Gou commands the Flying Tiger Imperial Guards, a special forces unit, while Prince Xin Zhao Zhen has also trained his own special forces, the Shanliu Battalion. The two men, kindred spirits, fight side by side once more across the Song realms, cutting down enemies in every direction.
They cripple the Jin, divide the Mongols, destroy the Western Xia, and bring Taiwan and Annam under their rule, achieving a legacy without equal.
In the end, weary of war, Zhao Gou and Prince Xin Zhao Zhen both retire to Hailing Island in Yangjiang to enjoy their remaining years.
Such a good book, so few people read it? Big cheers for the author.
You can still read it, so let's save it first.
