Spring Banquet

At the spring palace banquet, she dazzled everyone with a poem called "Spring Day." When the emperor heard the lines, "At a glance, one can recognize the east wind; a riot of colors means it is spring," he tapped the beat and praised her.

That day, she stole the spotlight, even taking from me the title of the capital's foremost talented young lady.

She said smugly, "How could a product of feudal times like you compete with me?"

I smiled coolly on the surface. "You're just a transmigrator. How could you beat a well-bred young lady like me, raised for over a decade by an aristocratic family?"

She showed not a trace of fear and sneered,

"Let's find out."

It seemed she was mocking me for overestimating myself.

I only smiled and said nothing. A transmigrator? What a coincidence. I am one too, but unlike her, I also had over a decade of elite training from an aristocratic family.

I'm not only a transmigrator, but also an aristocratic young lady who has lived in this ancient world for over a decade.
