"Historical Records" is my country's first biographical general history written by the famous Chinese historian Sima Qian, ranking first among the "Twenty-Five Histories". The book is divided into 12 chronicles, 10 tables, 8 books, 30 families, and 70 biographies, with a total of 130 chapters and more than 520,000 words. It records about 3,000 years of history from the legendary Yellow Emperor to the fourth year of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty (101 BC).

This book is amazing! It is the first biographical general history, recording about 3,000 years of history from the Yellow Emperor to the Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. It feels so shocking! And the author Sima Qian is so amazing, able to write such a great work. I especially like the story about Xia Yu's flood control. He worked hard to control the flood and did not dare to go home for thirteen years. It is really admirable. This book gave me a deeper understanding of history and made me understand that success requires persistence and hard work. I think it is worth reading and recommend it to you!
