The moment she opened her eyes, Su Mian had transmigrated into a gender-swapped tragic romance as the villainous heiress!
In the original story, the heiress was cruel and cold, decisive and ruthless. She forced her love on the innocent male lead, only to chase after him with nothing but his ashes in the end, then get killed by the male lead after he turned evil!
Looking at the male lead, who hadn't turned evil yet, and the System's mission to torment him, Su Mian thought: I'll complete the mission and check in properly, then become friends with the male lead!
And so...
System: Throw Gu Nancheng in prison and torment him.
Su Mian: I'll throw him in prison and raise him myself.
System: Put Gu Nancheng in the company and torment him.
The heroine: Send him to work undercover by the second male lead's side.
Su Mian only wanted to get along with Gu Nancheng, make money, keep a cute younger guy, and then part on good terms. She thought she'd raised a loyal, sweet puppy, but instead he pinned her against the wall.
Gu Nancheng: I think having me is enough for you, President Su.
Su Mian: How did I let things get out of hand?! When did my cute puppy turn into a jealous wolfdog?!
