A Dream of Love

Also known as A Record of Dreams

Adapted from the author's memories, this is a realistic school romance about everyday life, without any particularly over-the-top, melodramatic plot twists.

An ensemble cast, with many characters and several stories, but no central plotline.

A first-year high school student arrives at a newly built boarding school. Centered on him, the story follows the romances that unfold around him on campus.

The minor characters in this book, the ones you might not have noticed, are like the people in life who slip by unnoticed.
