The Boys: I Transmigrated as the Owner of a Video Store

The protagonist accidentally transmigrates into the body of Gary, Hughie's boss, and gets an adorable daughter too. That's when he awakens the Super Audio-Visual System, which lets him gain abilities by recording other people: the Invisible Man's ultra-durable skin, Popclaw's bone spikes, the Female's rapid regeneration, A-Train's super speed, Homelander's laser vision, super flight, super x-ray vision, and more...

You're Homelander?

Then I'm Homelander's ancestor!
