Grass in the Tree

“Life isn't just about reaching for the tallest tree. There's nothing wrong with being a nutgrass, either.”

On the night after the college entrance exams, Dong Yixuan and her three roommates were all swept into this world. At first, Dong Yixuan wanted to find a way out. But the longer she stayed, the more she came to meet loyal friends, including someone she would never forget.

The real world was a mess, full of hardship and misery, and Dong Yixuan had no desire to return. She immersed herself in the utopia Xie Huai created for her. They saved each other from disaster, relying on and trusting one another throughout their lives, right to the very end.
