"A Garden of Green Vegetables Become a Spirit" is a contemporary Chinese children's picture storybook adapted from folk nursery rhymes.
This book was created by young painter Gao Guanghui. The book depicts a wonderful world. Green vegetables, radishes, bean sprouts, cabbage, and green onions, all of which are usually refreshing and crispy, come to life one by one, and start a battle with the Lotus Root King. The scene was very lively, and the two camps were evenly matched, until the calabash gourd fired the cannon and the mung beans lit the match rope, beating the eggplants, cucumbers, garlic, and peppers to pieces, and the lotus root king retreated steadily and fled into the mud. The nursery rhymes are catchy and the words are full of liveliness and childlike interest. They are suitable for primary school students to read and recite, allowing them to wander in the ocean of knowledge and feel the charm of traditional Chinese folk culture.

This book is so interesting! The vegetables inside all came alive and started a big battle, just like a little fight between my girlfriend and I, full of liveliness and childishness. And the nursery rhymes are so catchy that my girlfriend reads them along with me. It is really a book suitable for children to read, allowing them to feel the charm of traditional culture. "The green-headed radish is called the king, and the red-headed radish is the queen." This sentence is so interesting!
