Soviet-German Spy War

Trebo was born into a Polish Jewish family. During the Second World War, he was sent by the Soviet intelligence service to Belgium, France and other countries to lead an intelligence network known as the "Red Band". The intelligence personnel he led went deep into Hitler's side and obtained the most confidential information of the Fascist Supreme Staff. He contributed to the Allies' victory over fascism. Later, the intelligence network was broken and Trebo and others were arrested. He took advantage of the enemy's attempt to dismantle the Allied Anti-Fascist Alliance and carried out a counterintelligence activity called the "Big Gamble."
