The setting is a vast, imaginary world with its own history and balance of power. Every city and every family has a rich history and a distinctive character.
The protagonist is a highly intelligent modern transmigrator who knows history, is skilled at strategy, and has some knowledge of technology. He isn’t the only one to transmigrate: historical figures from our own world come along too, including emperors from various dynasties, capable ministers, generals, famous physicians, master artisans, as well as Xi Shi, Diao Chan, and others.
The story follows the protagonist as he battles heaven, earth, and other people, gradually exploring the vast new world and uncovering its history. Later on, all sides will be drawn into a great conflict.
