This book is very practical! It is a training material specially written for grassroots rural community workers, with systematic and comprehensive content, as well as specific working methods and experiences. The author Li Yu must have done a lot of research, and the cases in the book are very typical. I especially like the part about the practice of rural community construction, which gave me a deeper understanding of the development of rural communities. However, I don't really like the theoretical explanations in some chapters, which feel a bit boring. Overall, this book is very helpful for rural community construction workers and is worth reading.
