Family Matters

My father-in-law, Zhang Deqiang, wanted to climb the social ladder, so he went to the city and seduced Su Fangfang, a wealthy heiress, abandoning our entire family in the countryside. My mother-in-law was willing to become a concubine for the sake of wealth. But through my own strength and kindness, I won Su Fangfang's affection. She helped me escape my vicious mother-in-law and leave that suffocating home, taking me to the big city and teaching me how to make a life for myself.
