Zuo Dao spent his entire life cultivating immortality, but when he ascended, he strayed from the path of ascension and ended up somewhere strange:
"I've cut down all my inner demons and attained immortality! Now I'll pursue an even higher realm in the Immortal Realm!"
"But... why do the white-robed immortals in front of me look so indifferent? What does PTSD mean?"
"Are they sliding their fingers across those shining panels as a form of cultivation in the upper realm?"
A doctor in a white coat looked at Zuo Dao, his expression impossible to read:
"D-Class personnel, you're finally conscious!"
Who am I? An immortal who attained the Way and ascended, or a prisoner with a mental disorder?
Confused, indistinct whispers rang in his ears. The flood of information drove Zuo Dao toward madness.
No! There's something wrong with the world as it is now. I'll make everything normal again, by any means necessary!
The first eight chapters are a masterpiece, but the rest fall into clichés and can only be awarded three stars. It would be a pity if the original setting is continued. It's chaotic yet logical. The protagonist seems to be in The Truman Show, a science fiction world and a mess of memories of cultivating immortals. What a pity.
